How and for what reasons do we collect your personal data?

Since your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the sales/service contract established between you and the company, in order to fulfill our legal obligations within the scope of the relevant legislation and laws, in order to ensure the security of the workplace, the management of the company, the execution of the work, the implementation of the business, not to harm your fundamental rights and freedoms for the implementation of its policies Provided that data processing for the legitimate interests of the company, due to the fact that it is compulsory, from other representatives/employees representing you and/or your company, through the sound recording application in the phone calls made, through the fingerprint reader application in case of camera recordings and/or work rooms during your visit to the company , websites, social media and other public areas and/or organized organizations and events through physical, written, oral and electronic channels are collected.

 

For what purpose do we transfer your personal data?

Within the scope of the provisions of your personal data regarding the transfer of personal data and transfer of personal data of GDPR, for the purposes of the “Purpose of Your Personal Data” Article;

Abroad;

  • We transfer customer support requests to the cloud environment in order to manage the campaign process.

Your Rights

In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information about it if it has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Third, if any, to which your personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad; ölearning people,
  • In case of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data, requesting their correction and the operation carried out in this context, where the personal data is transferred, is the third; requesting people to be notified,

How can you exercise your rights?

In order to question one or more of your rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests to our company in writing or send them to the company address below by mail. In order for third parties to make a request on your behalf, a special power of attorney issued by the notary public on behalf of the person who will apply by you must be submitted.
